Managing Director/ M.Sc. Master of Science from the University of Trondheim (NTNU) in 1977.

Arild Skadsheim has 25 years experience as a consultant,17 of which are within
ITS and in particular Electronic Fee Collection (EFC). His experience ranges from studies, specifications and procurement, to project management and operation.

He has been involved in several major EFC projects during the last 17 years, such as the planning and implementation of the world’s first EFC system (Norway 1987) and the EFC system at the Øresund link beween Sweden and Denmark and the Storebælt crossing in Denmark.

Arild Skadsheim has presented more than 10 papers at international conferences, mainly within the subject area EFC.


Trond Clausen trond.clausen@vianova.no
M.Sc. Master of Science from the University of Trondheim (NTNU) 1980,
and from San Diego State University 1983.

Trond Clausen has many years experience with surveillance and control systems for the industrial sector. From 1996 he has worked mainly within ITS, and in particular Electronic Fee Collection, Traffic Management systems for road traffic and maintenance systems for railways.

His experience ranges from studies, development of requirement specifications, tender documents to project management. He is a qualified project manager from Project Management Institute (PMI).
